What exactly is a trace?
One remembered fact, as a line of markdown in a file in your own Google Cloud bucket. "Daughter has a tree nut allergy" is a trace. You can open, edit, or delete any of them — they're just files.
Where does my data live?
In a Google Cloud project that belongs to you, billed to you (typically $0–2 a month, to Google). We never hold a copy. The full list of what we can and can't see is in the privacy policy below.
What does free include?
50 traces, every tool, no expiry, no card. When you hit 50, everything already saved stays yours and stays readable — new traces just aren't written until you upgrade. Free also limits reads: 50 in any 24 hours, and reads stop entirely once a deployment reaches 100 traces. Pro removes all three limits.
Which tools work today?
Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code — one click or one command. ChatGPT joins by pasting a URL into Connectors. Gemini is waiting on a fix at our end; Perplexity is waiting on theirs.
What happens if you shut down?
Your memory keeps working. The files are yours, the server runs in your project, and MCP is a public standard — nothing of ours sits in the read path. You'd lose updates and support, not your memory.
How do payments work?
One payment of $49 (early price; $99 after launch) through our payment processor. It attaches to the deployment you upgraded, activates on its own, and never renews. Pay with any email — the license follows the deployment, and a recovery link can move it if you lose a machine.
Privacy Policy
Effective August 2026 · applies to suvadu by A is for AppSuvadu is built so that the most private thing about you — what your AI tools remember — never touches our servers. This policy is short because there isn't much we collect.
What we collect, and why
Your Google sign-in email, and the email you paid with if it's different (to issue and recover your licence). Which region you deployed to and that a deployment happened, and when (to support you). Your Google Cloud project ID (so the deployer can target it). Anonymous product analytics, if you leave them on: which version you're running, your operating system and processor type, whether you're on Free or Pro, how your tools connect, how many traces your deployment holds, and how many times it was read from or written to — tagged with a random ID made when you install, and with an eight-character fingerprint of your licence key that can't be turned back into the key. No other data about you or your traces leaves your deployment. Turning analytics off stops all of that; your deployment still checks your licence, because that's what makes Pro work. What we never see
A single trace, or any part of one. What you asked any tool, ever. Which tools you joined. (We can tell a desktop app from a browser connector — how something connects, never which one it is.) Anything inside your bucket. Your Google account beyond the email address above. There is no copy on our side to be tempted by, subpoenaed for, or lost in a breach.
One honest limit
Once you let Claude, ChatGPT, or any other provider read a trace, that provider's own data policy applies to what they receive. We can't control what happens inside their products.
Third parties
Our payment processor sees what any payment processor sees: the email and card you paid with. Google sees what's in your own Google Cloud project, under your agreement with Google, not ours. This website counts page views with Google Analytics, and only after you accept cookies — it never loads on the sign-in, deploy, or manage screens. That is the whole of it: no ad networks, no cross-site advertising trackers, and nothing about you sold or shared with anyone.
Deleting everything
Delete a trace and it's gone everywhere, immediately. Delete your Google Cloud project and every byte Suvadu ever wrote is gone with it — nothing to request, no one to email. To remove your email from our license records, write to hello@aisforapp.com.
Terms
Effective August 2026The deal
Free gives you 50 traces on a deployment, forever. Pro is a one-time payment that removes the cap on up to three deployments and includes every future version we ship. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to cancel. If you bought at the early price, your price never moves.
Your license
A Pro licence covers up to three deployments at once — enough for, say, a work instance and a personal one. Lost a machine, or rebuilt a deployment? A recovery link sent to the email you paid with moves the licence onto it. If all three of your deployments are already in use, free a slot first — from Manage you can release the deployments you no longer use, then recover onto the new one.
Refunds
30 days, no questions, full refund. Email us with the address you paid with.
What we promise, honestly
We're a two-person studio. We promise the software does what this site says it does, that we answer email, and that your files remain yours whatever happens to us. We can't promise Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI never change something that needs a fix from us — when they do, the fix is a free update.
Cloud Deploy Terms
Effective August 2026It runs in your project
The deploy wizard provisions Suvadu into a Google Cloud project you own, using permissions you grant for the duration of the deploy. Storage, compute, and secrets all live in your project, under your Google account and Google's terms.
Google's bill is yours
Running Suvadu typically costs $0–2 a month, inside Google's free tier most months. Always awake adds a continuous-compute charge on top — check Google's Cloud Run pricing for your region for the current rate. Those charges go to your Google billing account; we never bill it and can't see it. Usage patterns outside the typical (very large memories, very heavy traffic) can cost more, and that's between you and Google.
If a deploy fails
The wizard cleans up after itself — a failed deploy leaves nothing behind and costs nothing. If it ever doesn't, email us and we'll walk you through removing it, step by step.
Leaving
Deleting the Google Cloud project removes everything Suvadu ever created — server, storage, secrets, and all traces. No exit interview, no export step, because the files were readable markdown all along.
